Our mission
Our mission is to produce flavorful and high quality beer from farm to pint. We are trying to make bold strides in the brewing industry by supporting as many local businesses as possible, through the use of locally grown ingredients. At 6 Acres Farm Brewery, we will always try to create a sense of community by treating our customers like part of the “family”. By using locally grown ingredients our beer cannot be replicated in any other region and is truly one of a kind.

Our Story
Our family history started with Behling Orchards which was established in 1947 and has since been passed down through 5 generations. 6 Acres Farm Brewery was established in 2019, named after the 6 acres of land that our farm originated on. Our brewery takes pride in being family run and operated, harvesting great beer. In addition to being a farm brewery, we also grow over 80 apple varieties, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, etc. Some of our secrets for high quality beer are that we use these fresh fruits grown from our farm along with New York State sourced ingredients in every beer recipe. The founding members of 6 Acres Farm Brewery include Eric, Lori, and Jenna Behling along with Denyel Busch. Our brewers Denyel and Jenna are a dynamic duo that started like most, home brewing of course! We wanted a way to expand on our current business (Behling Orchards) and to have customers be able to experience our beautiful farm, all while enjoying a beer. Cheers!
